Pacifique is a multidisciplinary researcher with a track record of delivering high quality outcomes for organisations and stakeholders across academic, clinical, governmental, and not-for-profit institutions. His most recent roles have involved managing the research activities of the East African Health Research Commission and working as a Senior Research Scientist at Rwanda Biomedical Center & Ministry of Health. His work experience is underpinned by strong academic qualifications, including a Ph.D. in Life Sciences & Health Technologies. He is now passionate about contributing to Research and Innovation through the implementation of evidence-based practices and policies, particularly within the global health and infectious diseases space, mainly in the developing countries.
